Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- Strong proficiency in fixed income and equity investments (e.g. stock and bond portfolio management)
- With wide-ranging knowledge and/or exposure in business operations such as real estate, health, franchising, tourism, education, housing and social enterprise
- Proven track record of successful investment
- Proficient in in conducting feasibility studies
- Strong knowledge in research APPLY
- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Outgoing, business-like personality
