  • Spouse of Married Member whose age is 65 years old and below
  • Children of Married Member with ages below 21 years old

Insurance Coverage

  • P20,000.00 (Aggregate limit per year per insured family)
  • Unlimited medical consultation for the principal
  • One-time medical consultation for the principal's spouse
  • One-time medical consultation for each of the principal's children
  • Unlimited medical consultation for members with ages 70 years old and above, for only P500 annual premium
