• Purpose: To meet visa financial requirements for travel, study, or migration abroad, or for contractors needing a bond or financial guarantee for business projects and government contracts.
• Loanable Amount: Minimum: ₱100,000; Maximum: ₱10,000,000.
• Who Can Apply:
  • Members applying for a tourist, student, or immigrant visa; must not have an existing loan with OIC.
  • Contractors and business owners (sole proprietors, partners, or shareholders in a corporation); businesses that have been operating profitably for at least 3 years.
  • Member’s total debt must not exceed 40% of their adjusted debt capacity.
