- Yearly renewable term insurance
- It assured of financial benefit in case of Hospitalization
- The benefit covers the expenses for room & board, surgical, physician, laboratory and other expenses provided by and bought within the hospital and necessary for the treatment of the patient.
- Annual premium-P2,500.00
- Three(3) months contestability period
- On top with PHILHEALTH member.
COVERAGE
- Hospitalization in-patient benefits shall cover only the following actual out of pocket expenses for:
- Room & Board
- Surgical
- Physician
- Laboratory
- Medicines
- other expenses that are necessary for the treatment of the patient;

- Issuance of OIC’s health and wellness membership card assures the member and their family not to be required with down payment when confine in the accredited hospital.

To provide financial in case of loss or damage’s on motor vehicle owned by Cooperative member.
