LOYALTY BENEFIT
I. RATIONALE
The Oro Integrated Cooperative Member’s Loyalty Benefits is a way for the cooperative to honor and appreciate its long-term members, who have contributed to the OIC’s growth, showing resilience and support, especially during challenging times. This milestone highlights their beliefs in the cooperative model and its mission, recognizing their contributions which reinforces the value of loyalty, commitment and inspires future generation of members.
The Oro Integrated Cooperative Member’s Loyalty Benefits is a way for the cooperative to honor and appreciate its long-term senior members. By providing a monthly monetary allowance, OIC aims to enhance the well-being of its long-term members, ensuring that they feel valued for their loyalty and contribution to the cooperative.
This program provides Oro Integrated Cooperative with the chance to acknowledge its active long
term members, appreciating their dedication and the vital role they have contributed to the
cooperative’s achievements.
II. OBJECTIVES
1. To provide meaningful recognition and support to long-serving members.
2. To celebrate and formally acknowledge the dedication, loyalty, and resilience of members who have been part of the cooperative for decades.
3. To cultivate a warm, inclusive environment where elder members feel a deep sense of belongingness.
4. To foster a mentorship culture where long-term members share their wisdom and experiences, supporting the cooperative’s growth and preserving its values.
III. Eligibility Criteria:

1.2 Must be a member in good standing (MIGS) for the past 5 years.
1.3 Active member for the past 20 years of membership.
1.4 The member’s share capital contribution of not less than ₱, reckoning date
December 31, 2024.
