Covid-19 Financial Assistance Benefit

To provide cash assistance to active full-fledged members of Oro Integrated Cooperative or immediate family of the member who were infected by the coronavirus disease.

Frequently asked questions

  • Must be a full-fledged member for at least one (1) year.
  •          In case it is not the member who had the disease, cash assistance can
    be availed by the legitimate immediate family of the member. The family members
    who can avail the assistance are as follows:

      •            Husband

      • Parents 
      • Children
  1.  Member
    • Positive from Covid-19 virus
    • Died from Covid-19 virus
  2. Legitimate Immediately Family
    • Positive from Covid19 virus
    • Died from Covid-19 virus
  3. If 2 or more OIC members infected or died in the family member by the Covid19 virus, only one (1) benefit shall be claim per coverage.
  4. If 2 or more legitimate immediate family member were infected by the Covid19 virus, only one (1) benefit shall be claim per coverage.
  5. If the member dies within the effectivity period, he/she is entitled to claim the benefit.
  6. The assistance shall only be given once (1).
  1. Positive result of RT-PCR test (saliva or swab) or or certification from the hospital or authorized organization for COVID-19 test.
  2. Photocopy of 1 valid ID (1 government or 2 secondary ID) of the member or any certification of identity with 3 specimen signatures.
  3. Photocopy of 1 valid ID (1 government or 2 secondary ID) for Authorized person to get the claim or any certification of identity with 3 specimen signatures.
