What kinds of information do we collect?

Why do we collect and how do we use members’ information?
Oro Integrated Cooperative collects personal information through, but not limited to, any of the following:
- Application Forms: When members fill out forms for membership, loans, or services, either on paper or online.
- In-person: When members visit cooperative offices or service centers for transactions or inquiries.
- Online Platforms: Automatically when members use our website, mobile apps, or online services (e.g., IP addresses, browsing habits, and device details)
- Surveys and Feedback: Through surveys, feedback forms, or questionnaires, whether online or offline.
